All orders placed with Jeiu Vintage are processed and dispatched directly from the United Kingdom.

Dispatch Window: Orders are processed and handed over to the courier within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding UK public holidays).

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an immediate order confirmation email.

We partner exclusively with Royal Mail Tracked to ensure fast, secure, and fully traceable delivery.

We offer worldwide delivery via Royal Mail International Tracked.

Europe: 3–7 business days

Rest of the World: 5–10 business days

Rates: Shipping rates calculate automatically at checkout based on the final destination and package weight.

Customs, Duties & Taxes: International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes levied by their destination country upon arrival.

As soon as your parcel is dispatched, an automated shipping confirmation email containing your Royal Mail tracking code will be sent to your registered email address. You can track your parcel's progress directly through the link provided or on the official Royal Mail website.

Every garment is carefully inspected, folded, and protected in secure packaging prior to dispatch. High-value outerwear and 1-of-1 designer pieces ship with a dedicated tamper-evident security tag attached.
